1. Accepted payment methods
To meet the needs of various customers, Aria Seduta supports the following payment methods:

Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal
Bank Transfers: Supports bank transfers in multiple currencies, including Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), and British Pound (GBP).

Exchange rate explained
If you pay in a currency other than the Euro, the exchange rate applied will be the bank's rate on the day of payment.
For payments via digital wallet and credit card, the exchange rate is determined by the issuing bank or payment service provider.
For bank transfers, please use the recipient's account and currency specified in your order confirmation email.
3. Payment instructions
Order online
Place your order: Select your products and enter your shipping information.
Payment Method Selection: Choose your preferred payment method on the checkout page.
Payment Confirmation:
Credit Card/E-Wallet: After successful payment, you will be automatically redirected to the Checkout page and receive an order confirmation email.
Bank Transfer: Make the transfer using the bank details provided in the email and include the order number in the reason for reconciliation.
Payment Status: You can check the payment status of your order in the "My Account" section.
4. Order and payment confirmation
Payment successful
After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details and estimated shipping times.
If you don't receive the email, check your spam/junk folder or contact customer service.
Payment failed
Credit card error: Check your card balance and expiration date or contact your issuing bank.
Bank Transfer Delay: International wire transfers typically take 1 to 3 business days to process. If the transfer status hasn't updated after this time, please provide proof of payment and contact customer service.
Orders with unsuccessful payments will be automatically canceled after 24 hours and the selected items will be put back on sale.
Invoice issuance
All orders include an electronic invoice (in PDF format).
The invoice will be sent to your email address within 7 business days of your order being shipped.
Business customers requiring a VAT invoice must provide all required billing information at the time of ordering.
5. Refund Policy
Situations that give rise to the right to a refund
Order Cancellation: Full refund available for orders cancelled before shipping.
Return Request: For items that meet the return policy requirements, your refund will be processed after the returned merchandise is received and inspected at the warehouse.
Payment Error: Duplicate charges or overpayments due to system errors.
Refund methods
Original payment method:
Payment by credit card: The refund will be credited to the original card, with crediting times of 3-10 business days (depending on the issuing bank).
PayPal/Digital Wallet: The refund will be credited to the original account, usually within 1-3 business days.
Bank Transfer: The refund will be credited to the original payment account, with crediting times of 3-7 business days.
Refund Currency: Refunds will be issued in the original payment currency; exchange rate fluctuations may cause slight differences between the refund amount and the payment amount.

You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.

7. Common Payment Problems
Q: Payment went through, but the order is still unpaid?
A: Due to network latency, payment status updates may be delayed by 5-10 minutes. If the status hasn't updated after 30 minutes, please provide a screenshot of the successful payment and contact customer service.
Q: Can I use multiple payment methods at the same time?
A: Combined payments are not currently supported. For partial payments, please contact customer service for more information.
Q: Who covers the bank fees for international payments?
A: Bank transfer fees are paid by the sender. Please ensure the transfer amount is sufficient, net of fees.
Q: Is the order amount different from the amount charged?
A: This could be due to exchange rate fluctuations. The final amount displayed on your credit card statement is determined by the issuing bank and includes any cross-border transaction fees.
