Shipping Policy

Our customer service team will contact you within 5-7 business days to arrange delivery and installation of your Aria Seduta product. We'll then send you an email confirming the agreed-upon delivery and installation dates. The price of Aria Seduta products includes Goods and Services Tax (GST) or applicable local taxes.

Delivery address

We will unload the goods and deliver them to the address you provided. Please ensure someone is home to receive the delivery. Aria Seduta reserves the right to refuse delivery to remote areas.

We will only deliver to the address you entered at checkout. To change your delivery address, please contact our customer service team by email at least three days before your expected delivery date.

Installation

If the product you purchased requires installation, our installers will install it for you. Only our installers can install your Aria Seduta product. The warranty is void if you or an unauthorized installer attempt to install it yourself.

Please ensure there is sufficient and safe space for mounting and positioning the product. If electrical power is required, ensure a power source is available for safe operation. Installation will not proceed if our installation team determines that the space is insufficient or unsafe.

Delivery and installation conditions

Aria Seduta reserves the right to change the delivery/installation date of your order if the service in question is unavailable. Any differences in international shipping times may affect the final delivery date. We will notify you of any changes.

Delivery times indicated are indicative only and may vary depending on stock and production capacity. Aria Seduta is not responsible for any delays, changes to delivery times, or inability to deliver due to reasons beyond its control.

Aria Seduta reserves the right to charge additional fees if we incur additional costs or charges due to the following (including, but not limited to):

Excessive waiting times for receipt or impact on other scheduled deliveries;

Failure to receive the goods on the expected delivery date;

Rescheduling delivery after a missed delivery;

The delivery address is not easily accessible or there is no authorized unloading area within 50 meters of the building.

Shipping delays

Due to high order volume, our shipments may experience slight delays. Estimated delivery times are 20-25 business days. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will do our best to fulfill every order promptly.

Special circumstances

Aria Seduta is not responsible for any changes to delivery times due to force majeure. Delivery will be suspended in the event of adverse weather warnings. Our customer service team will arrange delivery as soon as possible.

If you believe you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving it.
