We hope you love your new furniture, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we're here to help:

Your purchase is covered by a consumer warranty. After inspection by our installation team, we will repair or replace any defective or damaged products.

Warranty and damages

The limited consumer warranty applies only to products purchased directly from our authorized online store.

If a product has a defect in materials or workmanship, Aria Seduta will repair or replace the affected product free of charge (at Aria Seduta's sole discretion) or refund the purchase price of the affected product if repair or replacement is commercially impracticable or cannot be completed in a timely manner.

What you can expect

You can contact us by email. Our customer service team will contact you within 1-2 business days to arrange an on-site inspection. To facilitate the repair of items purchased through our online store, please retain the original confirmation email and invoice as proof of purchase.

Returns and refunds

Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). Some exceptions apply. Eligible items fall into three categories: defective items, non-defective items (change of mind), and items that arrive damaged or unacceptable (DOA). For all return requests, please contact our customer service team to arrange a return. Once the return request is approved, the item must be returned to Aria Seduta within 30 days to ensure timely processing. Packages more than 30 days late may be refused or may incur additional reshipment charges.

Defective Returns: If a defect is discovered within 14 days of receipt, the customer has the right to choose a partial refund or replacement. Aria Seduta will cover the return shipping costs for defective returns. Defective items must have a demonstrable defect or fault. If the item functions properly, but the customer is dissatisfied with its appearance, comfort, fit, or other features, this is not considered a defective return, but rather a "change of mind" return.

Returns for non-defective items (change of mind): If the item is not defective but you still wish to return it, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it. Return shipping costs to Aria Seduta are the customer's responsibility. Returned items must be in perfect condition (no damage or deformation, stains, wear, or signs of use) and include all packaging, accessories, and documentation. "Change of mind" returns are subject to a standard 25% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge an additional restocking fee if the item is not returned in perfect condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping errors, incorrect items, and damaged merchandise: If your item arrives defective or damaged, or if the item you received does not match your order, please email customer service with your order number and a brief description of the situation. We will contact you by email to complete the return or exchange process. Claims for damage, shipping discrepancies, etc. must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt; claims submitted after this time will not be accepted.

Order changes and cancellations

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact customer service immediately. After contacting us, we will confirm whether the item has shipped. If the item has not yet shipped, we will change or cancel your order free of charge. Please note that once it has shipped, we cannot change or cancel it; you must initiate a return request.

Price reductions and promotions

If the price of the product ordered is discounted due to price adjustments or Aria Seduta promotions, you are entitled to a partial refund of the price difference. Any partial refund request must be submitted within 5 calendar days of receipt. Please note that refund eligibility depends on the country of origin of the product ordered.
